Jason was super helpful and very friendly, going above and beyond. Any questions or issues we had were addressed promptly. They helped park our car in the elevator on arrival as the normal spaces were full and showed us how to use it. When we had an Issue with the original room we were relocated to different one of the same standard.

This was a great hotel for a one night stay after a concert in Goyang. My friends and I used the room well. The staff were very friendly and let us check in early. The room itself was large and very clean. It is in a quiet, residential area but you do have to walk up a bit of a hill to get to the actual hotel/hostel. Overall, it was worth the money for a one-night stay.

I absolutely loved this hotel! The room was bigger than I expected, the bathroom has a separate shower and a huge bathtub! And the staff were excellent. I didn't struggle with speaking English as there was always someone who could speak it. It was also really close to the subway station and even closer to the bus stop. The most pleasantly surprising thing was the price: for what you get, it was very reasonable.
