Absolutely Outstanding Experience! Our stay at the Dormero Hotel in Sri Lanka was nothing short of amazing! The staff here is truly the best we have ever encountered – attentive, friendly, and always going above and beyond to ensure a perfect experience. The hotel itself is stunning, with a fantastic ambiance and exceptional hospitality. Without even asking, they graciously upgraded our room because there was availability – such a thoughtful gesture that made our trip even more special. Breakfast was an absolute highlight – delicious, varied, and beautifully presented. The top manager deserves special recognition for being incredibly kind, approachable, and helpful throughout our stay. Thank you, Dormero Hotel, for creating such unforgettable memories for us. It was the best experience in Sri-Lanka for us😌 really good, clean and authentic place in the jungle, but still pretty close to the beaches and main street. Good thing, because it's so quiet there 🙏 We enjoyed tasty breakfasts and smoothies☺ The staff is really nice and helpful when we needed, but not annoying like in another places we stayed here❤ I recommend that place!

The staff were super friendly and accommodating. We had a welcome juice and unlike other places could take card or cash. The jungle setting and location was quiet a d tranquil and I loved the surroundings. Birds, palm squirrels and the accommodation's dog added to the experience. The room was big and spacious with a back patio area to have drinks and look at the jungle. Tea and coffee and toiletries came with the room, toilet roll. Some places haven't so just thought it was worth mentioning. I loved the outdoor pool and the general outdoor area. I chilled with a book outside.

Great place to stay, the house seems to be newly reconstructed. One room has AC and also moskito net. There is a kitchen and fridge available so it is possible to cook something small. The bed was very comfortable. It is walkable distance to the beach but far enough from the main road and train so you do not hear any noises. There was wifi. Everything was clean. Please, dont forget to feed the fish in the aquarium. :)
