We love everything! There's a basement parking and it's super convenient since it was raining heavily when we came. The staff were super friendly. The breakfast food was excellent! The bed was so comfortable and i had a good night sleep that night.

Clean & tidy. Completed with room appliances. Location is near to the spring shoppingmall. Can walk 5-8mins from the hotel to the mall. Everyday the hotel cleaner will be wandering to clean up room, so u can always ask them to change yr towel when needed👍🏻 the room space also big. Worth with the price😍

Loved it here , 15 minutes walk from bus station , 20 minutes to airport , clean comfy rooms for a good nights sleep , affordable . Great shower 👍 . Great staff all with good English . A lot of good restaurants around the area .

I like the location. It’s next to The Spring Mall which you can just walk. The room was spacious & clean. I booked two rooms which were connecting. Only the other room have a bad smell but after I spray the perfume, the smell was gone. So it’s fine. Overall, no regret staying here & one of the best hotel in Bintulu.
