Check in process was smooth and quick. The staff were all polite and courteous. The recently renovated interiors of the room made for a clean, comfortable and pleasant stay. Every switch, every socket, every remote control and every tap was working perfectly fine and that was the best part about the stay. I enjoyed the good selection of TV channels on offer as well. The hotel cafe was a good way to relax and enjoy the views of Mount Kinabalu outdoors. I went during low season so it was a quiet and serene stay for us.
