Stayed here in April, 2023. Excellent location just at Solsiden, you can get most of your daily necessaries and food here just within 100m. Clean room and nice kitchen, good for cooking as eating out is rather expensive here in Norway. Yes, seasonings is not provided like other comments, but it is understandable because of food safefy and hygience. Clean and neatly stay, quite all the day. My friend in Trondheim helped us to get the key in advance, really good arrangement and services provided. I have booked two rooms on the trip, one for my parents and one for my own family. Thanks for arranging on the same block too!! They stay this time are doing very well!! Must re-consider again on our future stay in Trondheim too.

I went for a walk to see the Cathedral, passed along the riverbank with a marvellous view, beautiful houses, very outstanding architecture. There was also a public transport stop very close by, Buran, which I used to get to NTNU.

I love Scandic, no matter which one and in which city. I have been to at least three cities: Tromso, Bergen and Trondheim. And everywhere Scandic is an incredibly good hotel, delicious and varied breakfasts. Clean rooms:) There are three Scandic hotels in Trondheim, we have already been to two and they are all incredibly good!
