We loved this hotel, everything about it, outstanding! The staff is more than helpful, the room very spacious with lots of storage possibilities. The shower was wonderful. Good breakfast and great location close to the main square and a short ride from the bus station. We highly recommend Puno Terra and would definitely stay here again.

Very confortable stay. We even extended for one night. Confortable beds, great view on the lake, good facilities, hot water, heating, good breakfast. The best hotel in Peru so far. Puno is a chaotic, not very nice city so it is a good thing that the location is at the outskirts. We had a rented car so it was not a problem for us to move around.

The staff was the best. They were very accomodating with our luggage, kept it safe before our stay, as well as arranged us an affordable transfer service to the airport. The breakfast was great, with many choices of food, savory and sweet, juices and a great view. The location was very central, with many good restaurants and cafes nearby.
