A welcoming, lovely young family who makes you immediately feel like you're staying with friends! I spent 2 lovely days with Norbert, Monique and Randa and I enjoyed getting to know them over the meals which they share with their guests. This is the sort of place you'll remember fondly months after you've left Rwanda and that's because of the wonderful people who run it, who take their time to ensure you're comfortable and happy. I also appreciated their flexibility with my ever-changing plans as they accommodated my early arrival. The room was spacious and comfortable and the house was clean and full of love. The hosts have a background in tourism so can help arrange (and guide) any activity you may want to do. It's a little gem in Musanze and you'll be so happy you chose to stay here.

The host is realy friendly and welcoming. He also works in the local tourism and thus knows great places to visit apart from the gorilla trekking. Our car broke down the morning we wanted to leave and he was a great help with getting the right mechanics.

The staff are AMAZING! So friendly - above and beyond. The room is simple and clean, the beds were comfortable. I felt safe. The location is really central if you like to explore the bustling town. We walked to 2 excellent restaurants within 5 minutes. They accommodated us with an early breakfast when we were trekking and a packed lunch for purchase. Amazing samosas. Staff were great...helped with transportation to Musanze. The rooftop restaurant is very good. Live music, too.

The staff were so hospitable and welcoming. Food was delicious. Would recommend as a good place for being close to the volcanoes and getting to lake Kivu.

It was so quiet and chilled and the food was excellent. The staff were really friendly as were the other guests….. slept like a log, glorious views from our cabin and there was plenty to do (if u wanted to)…, We did a lovely boat trip around the other islands and a fantastic bike mountain bike ride thru rural Rwanda. We even stopped at a school to meet the children and see them in their classrooms…
