- The room itself was well-equipped but smaller than it appeared in the pictures. - The bed and linen were very comfortable. There were bedside mobile charging stations. - The kitchenette had a sink and a kettle. - The large window provided great view of Unaiza country side. - The bathroom was very nice and included a well-stocked amenities kit (dental kit, vanity kit, shampoo, body lotion). Hot water was readily available. - The hotel has a large parking area at the back. - The lobby had dates and qahwa for guests. - For iftar, I was expecting snacks but was pleasantly surprised to find a full buffet at the 9th-floor rotating restaurant. While the food was not extraordinary, it was satisfying, especially after my 1,000 km drive.

Oh, how I wish all hotels were like this! I have rarely been this impressed with a hotel—especially at such a modest price point. Everything, from start to finish, was absolutely perfect. The room was spacious and absolutely gorgeous, the internet fast, and the shower hot. The staff were kind and polite to a fault, constantly smiling and inquiring into my comfort. Moreover, parking was easy, and the location couldn't have been better, inasmuch as it is located off a street full of multiple restaurants, bakeries, and supermarkets. I highly recommend this place for not just an overnight stay (as was my case), but for an extended stay when in Saudi. I regret not having more time to enjoy such a wonderfully comfortable and gorgeous hotel.

The city surprised me with its clean, wide roads and availability of all services. The Palm Trees Avenue, with its attractions and coffee shops, offered a nice night out. The hotel building is a bit old but well maintained, very clean, and comfortable. Staff was very helpful and attentive, and the breakfast was good and fulfilling. I would definitely come back if I ever needed a stay in Unaizah.
