The hotel is located in a small village. Location is great, quiet and surrounded with forest. Hotel itself is very clean and modern. It is part of one of the oldest thermal spa resorts in Slovenia. It's connected with pools with thermal water and Balnea fun park. It has modern, clean rooms with everything you need. Our room had massage tubs and very good Wi-Fi. There is plenty of sunlight since the whole balcony wall is a window. Panoramic passageway leading to Vitarium Spa & Beauty is very nice and it takes you directly from your hotel to Spa area with slides, jets and a proper swimming pool where you can actually swim. Staff is very tentative, nice and very helpful. Food is delicious 😋, They have huge variety of locally produced ingredients. For lunch and dinner you can choose from three options as a main course. The rest is self serving.

Hotel Kristal is interconnected with an underground passage that leads to the indoor pools.

The apartment is really nicely made in an old mill building. It has everything we needed, from fully equipped kitchen, beautiful bathroom, two separate rooms and a small patio outside with access to big backyard by the river. The location is superb, just across the unbusy street to the main park, where the entrance to the spa and swimming pools is. 5min walk to the local supermarket,3 minutes to main square. Perfect, we loved all of it!

The location is great, especially if you want a quiet place. The apartment is extremely comfortable and everything you need is already there. It is fully equipped and also has a washing machine, which was very useful for us, since we cycled a lot and had laundry to do. Very good as a starting point for cycling or other activities. An additional bonus is the terrace where you can relax in the evenings after a full day of activities. Very highly recommendable!

There is no need to mention the cleanliness, overall looks of the facility and other physical facts, but the staff is worth mentioning and it is highly recommendable for any type of stay. I would always chose this property again and visit it with great joy.

Everything made with love. Knitted flowers, l’occitane cosmetics, tastiest tomatos in my life, jakuzzi bath in a room. Free upgrade to a much better room. A donkey and a goqt that look like they are living their best lives. Every small detail is taken care of. Delicious dinner and breakfast.
