A magical stay surrounded by mountains, forests, a lake and a stream. We enjoyed the view from the window and the spa in every weather. At least 4 different nature trails start from the hotel door and they're all nice. Instead of googling "Tatras best hikes", just start walking in any direction from Velické Pleso and you won't regret it. Generous buffet at breakfast and dinner and delicious food and drinks for lunch. If you read negative reviews about the "tourist restaurant", note that that's the backpackers hut. The hotel restaurant is only available to hotel guests and the lunch options are delicious. We were told you can also ask for packed lunch for the hike, but it wasn't possible because we hadn't ordered it in advance. A free-of-charge spacious private spa by reservation with saunas and a beautiful view. You can send your luggage from their lower parking lot at the Tatranská Polianka railway station by their van and hike to the hotel. You can even leave it in a storage unit for them to pick up, you just need to coordinate in advance.

Situated in Nová Lesná, 21 km from Strbske Pleso Lake, Hotel Eufória features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant.

Absolutely fantastic family stay! We spent 10 days at Euforia Hotel - only great memories behind us! Very friendly and helpful reception staff (special thanks to Mr Marian!), very tasty and good breakfast with mountain view, free and spacious parking spaces! Room was very big with big bathroom as well - beds were very comfortable! Maybe windows were a bit too small and no air conditioning in the room (but this is a minor issue only during hot days), but apart from that all was spot on and perfect! Thanks to all hotel staff for making our holidays great and unforgettable - we already miss Nova Leśna :) Highly recommended!

I loved the spaciousness of the apartment, cleanliness, location, washing machine, large clothes dryer (very much needed)! :) Games available, separate toilet and bathroom, bathtub instead of a shower, responsiveness and friendliness of the owner :)

Coming in Slovakia every year, this is the best hotel/restaurant where we have been in so far. The hotel has a classical design and everything from the bedroom to the restaurant or the service were perfect. Our Kids really enjoyed the place and specially the indoor swiming pool.

Location, parking and facilities were really great.

The modern Penzion Lesna can be found in peaceful surroundings in Tatranska Lesna and features a lounge with a fireplace, a sauna, a whirlpool and free wireless internet access.

Penzion proprietors went beyond what you would expect. Late arrival was facilitated. Breakfast was lovely. They also catered for 2 guest of mine for dinner. Overall and excellent place to stay, value for money and only a train journey in either direction to reach a small town.
