Lovely friendly staff who went out of their way to make our stay so enjoyable , from the moment we checked in till the day we departed. The hotel is set in the most beautiful grounds , lots of seating areas to enjoy the surrounds . High standards of cleanliness throughout. Food was amazing , spoilt for choice .

This hotel is in a quiet part of Pattaya which is what I like. And it’s right on the beach. This is the second year running that I e stayed at this hotel. It’s not for people looking for lots of nightlife. But you can easily get a cab if that’s what you want and cabs are cheap. They have two gym classes each day and a gym with machines. The staff are wonderful. I was here for four weeks and have had such a relaxing time.

We had an amazing stay at Mangrove Hotel. We were given a room in the next building (previously Garuda Hotel) but we had access to both pools. The hospitality from the staff was excellent! We really enjoyed our spacious room and balcony. It was very quiet too despite children staying at the hotel. The pools were really well kept including the pool facilities. The hotel is very clean. Whenever we could, we tipped our room service staff. We also didn't request room service every day. I loved the daily breakfast. It catered to both Western and traditional tastes. My favourite was always the Thai spread. As a Canadian, I wanted to experience local Thai cuisine and I was very happy! We didn't buy the breakfast deal ahead of time since we didn't know how it was but we loved it so much we got breakfast at the hotel daily. You can buy drinks on the property which was very convenient. The hotel staff is very knowledgeable about the area. I loved the location of the hotel - a good 5-8min walk to the beach, self service laundry nearby, good restaurants, 7-11, Currency exchange, massage parlours. The beach was really clean. We enjoyed the vendors selling corn and shrimp. It was safe to leave our belongings and get into the water. It was not crowded. We took Bolt cabs into the city. We will stay here again.

The breakfast buffet was very good. Rooms are clean and well equipped. The staff was very professional and welcoming. The location is perfect, quiet because it is located 10 km south of busy Pattaya. There are a lot of good places to eat around, Jomtien and Bang Saray. Overall a perfect stay to relax for a couple of days or more after a stay in polluted Bangkok.
