I didn’t end up staying at Pai Modern House due to sickness. I can say that they handled my situation with compassion and empathy, after speaking to them they reduced my stay so I didn’t have to pay for the 4 nights booked. I would stay there just on that. But my friend stayed there and he said it was very good, clean and quite. value for the money, breakfast was really good.
