I can confirm what everyone else says about Naz: she's very helpful and kind! She gives good advice over WhatsApp and she replies within seconds if asked about anything. I can also confirm what everyone says about the amazing home made breakfast! The sofa-bed is comfortable (tried it myself 😊). Parking is in front of the door. Cleanliness scores 10/10. The location is within 10-15min waking to Avanos center with its restaurants and 15min drive to Göreme. We could see the hot air balloons in the morning from the comfort of our balcony. Someone in the previous comments wrote that there is no air conditioning, so let me correct this: there are TWO air conditioning machines in the living room. There was coffee and tea in the room and was refilled upon request. Naz, thanks a lot for making our stay wonderful!

I stayed at Suhan during my recent visit to Avanos, and it was an excellent experience overall. The check-in was smooth, and the staff were very welcoming and attentive throughout my stay. My room was spacious, clean, and well equipped with everything I needed. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel facilities — especially the spa and swimming pool — were great places to relax after a long day of sightseeing. Breakfast was rich in variety and taste, offering both local and international options. The restaurant staff were polite and provided quick service. The location is also perfect, close to the main attractions of Cappadocia yet quiet enough to enjoy a peaceful rest. Overall, it’s a comfortable and well-managed hotel that I’d definitely recommend to both business and leisure travelers. I would happily stay here again on my next trip to Cappadocia.

Spacious room centrally located to the town, no need for a taxi if you stay here and want to enjoy the night life in Goreme. They help organize your tours at a good price which removes the hassle from a holiday. We booked the red tour, green tour and balloon flight with them at a good price and enjoyed all. The roo. Was clean, they allowed us to stay in the reception area after checkout until our transport arrived. Wifi was good. The hotel looks beautiful.

Favorite hotel in Turkey for 20 days。The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large and had plenty of hot water.The balcony is also very big.There is an elevator.Hot air balloons can be seen from the roof.The hotel helped us book the hot air balloon, which was very professional and a perfect air journey.It is less than 2 minutes drive to the center of town, which is very convenient but quiet. The staff were also very helpful. My daughter likes the kitten at the door very much. We call the kettle is Little B.

"I recently stayed at Premium Cappadocia house.. and had an incredible experience! The rooms were clean, comfortable, The staff were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Burak, Melisa Hakan, the lady at the breakfast restaurant everyone was polite and helpful. The Managers helped us book excellent pickup and drop vans . They also booked all activities for us like Atv and ballon flights with the rates much cheaper than the market. Next morning we could view the ballon flights right over us in the morning. The breakfast spread was good, with lots of options to choose from. The location was perfect, with plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay. Can't wait to come back!"
