We stayed at Nova Cave Hotel in Ortahisar and it honestly made our trip to Cappadocia so special. The cave rooms are full of charm, the terrace is perfect for sunrise, and the whole place feels peaceful and authentic. The location is great — in a quiet village but only a few minutes’ drive to Göreme and the main sights, so it was easy to explore without being in the middle of the crowds. The staff were amazing. Ali was especially helpful, giving us the best tips on where to go and what to see, which made our short visit so much easier. They also sorted our ATV trip which saved us a lot of hassle. And we loved Max the hotel dog — such a sweetheart who made it feel like home. Breakfast was fresh and tasty every morning, and the rooms were clean and comfortable with lots of character. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Cappadocia.

Spacious room centrally located to the town, no need for a taxi if you stay here and want to enjoy the night life in Goreme. They help organize your tours at a good price which removes the hassle from a holiday. We booked the red tour, green tour and balloon flight with them at a good price and enjoyed all. The roo. Was clean, they allowed us to stay in the reception area after checkout until our transport arrived. Wifi was good. The hotel looks beautiful.

Favorite hotel in Turkey for 20 days。The room was large and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was large and had plenty of hot water.The balcony is also very big.There is an elevator.Hot air balloons can be seen from the roof.The hotel helped us book the hot air balloon, which was very professional and a perfect air journey.It is less than 2 minutes drive to the center of town, which is very convenient but quiet. The staff were also very helpful. My daughter likes the kitten at the door very much. We call the kettle is Little B.

Our experience at Alden Hotel Cappadocia was nothing short of exceptional. Every morning and evening felt like a dream with those panoramic scenes. The hospitality was outstanding from start to finish. The staff were attentive, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The food was delicious, with a great variety of fresh, local dishes that we thoroughly enjoyed throughout our stay. A special mention must go to Merve from Guest Relations, who truly made this trip unforgettable. With only two weeks' notice, she helped me plan the perfect proposal — taking care of every detail with such care and professionalism. From organising a relaxing spa treatment, arranging a stunning vintage car tour that ended with a beautifully designed sunset proposal at Love Valley, followed by a private dinner on our room terrace, and a romantic room setup — everything was flawless. Merve's dedication and creativity turned a vision into reality. Thank you Merve! This was an amazing experience that we will cherish forever, and we would love to return again insha’Allah.
