The staff are very kind, bed was amazing, the spa area was to die for. Dinner included was hot pot ( very yummy!) And breakfast to choose from Chinese ( best one) to Western style. The room was everything we dreamed of , had a spa bath with hot spring water overlooking the mountains and river.

We really enjoyed our hotel. Since it was centrally located we could go around in the morning and come back to rest for a bit before exploring the city again at night. There were MRT stations just outside the hotel making it easier to go around the city. There are also restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Despite its location, you can get a good night's sleep and not hear outside noise. I also liked the fact that the shower is separate from the toilet.

The lady at the front desk was very nice and welcoming, speaking very good English and managing to check us in in less than 10 minutes. The rooms really exceeded our expectations. They were huge, with a bath tub jacuzzi for 4 people and a spinning bike to exercise in the room! We had a great sleep, as windows were soundproof and no noises came from the corridor. Overall, an amazing stay and we will book this hotel again.
