the location was fantastic, overlooking the marina at Hyannis, and only a short walk to the ferry ports and to main street. this is such a peaceful spot. the room was spacious and comfortable with a really large TV and everything we needed. There is a lovely swimming pool to relax by after a day exploring the cape. the staff here are really helpful and friendly also. A real gem of a hotel and no doubt when we return to cape cod we will look to stay here again

We went with family 4 adults and 4 children, there were 2 pools (inside and out), free coffee, the room was clean with 2 double beds and the beds were very comfortable....but too small for 2 adults...thebathroom was clean and there was all what a person need.

This hotel is amazing and the staff are super friendly and helpful! Our first night we were woken up by what I presume was a fan vibrating the wall, reception moved us room straight away which solved the issue, breakfast was amazing and Holly was really friendly, the swimming pool was nice to take my son too, and for check out my husband was feeling sick and they offered us check out at 12 which is greatly appreciated! The rooms are extremely clean! Both rooms we were in were such a high standard of cleanliness and the huge bathtub was a nice addition! There is parking here aswell for hotel guests which is nice to have, pull out couch was comfy aswell, cookies in check in were yummy! Maintenance are quick aswell, we needed him to turn of the accessible alarm that was pushed accidentally. I would absolutely come back here again!

We loved the views and the friendliness of the staff. Our Son developed a love of fishing so one of the staff found a rod and bait for him and kept checking in on how he was doing. By far our favourite part was the freedom afforded to our children. There are bikes freely available for them to roam around the entire area, a kids club for them to try new activities (not a typical kids club) and a beach and pool for them to explore.

This really is a beautiful house, plenty of free parking and we were met by Kris and John who are genuinely the nicest hosts we have ever encountered. They gave us a free upgrade of room to a beautifully appointed king room on the ground floor and also gave us a glass of wine as they showed us around. They even offered to do any washing we might have as we had been touring round New England for almost 2 weeks and also suggested a few restaurants nearby and offered to make reservations on our behalf. Kris is a superb cook/chef and supplied us with fresh muffins and cookies every day. The breakfasts are amazing and the dining room a lovely setting. John is full of lots of stories and they both made us feel very much at home. This was the last stop on our holiday, and we most definitely saved the best till last. We can't recommend Liberty Hill Inn enough and if we return we will definitely stay here again.
