We had a very short stay as arrived late to Hanoi and had to catch an early flight. Receptionist spoke perfect english, room was clean and showers were warm. Location is perfect to reach the airport within 5 minutes (do not expect to find many things in the surroundings).

I messaged them when I arrived at the airport for a taxi and the driver was there in 15 minutes Room is spacious, clean has all the amenities you need Laundry service was a great price 30k VND per kilo and they had it ready for me within 24 hours Comfortable beds and great shower They will arrange a taxi service for you to go to Hanoi old quarter at a brilliant price and also arranged for my pick up taxi to return to the hotel

Our booking on booking.com did not register with the hotel but the guy at check in was very helpful and got us the room straightaway and honored the rate we booked for. Very professional and helpful. Hotel is very new and clean. Breakfast was good and lounge access for coffee and tea was very relaxing. We had a wonderful stay in the hotel and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Hanoi. The only slight setback is the distance to tourist attractions but we didn't find it a problem.

The location is perfect to explore old quarter by foot. A weekend street market is just there too. The room was very spacious and perfectly clean! But mostly the really friendly and helpful staff was what made our stay special and memorable. The amazing rooftop view and kitchen is also a highlight. Definitely recommend!!
