This family owned hotel has the perfect location. Room was great and they were so friendly and help you with everything. You can rent bikes, scooters and transport with them. You can leave your luggage at the reception after check-out and we even got tea and bananas in the evening while waiting for our bus. Thank you, we would stay again! :)

Already the fact that we were welcomed by the whole family (including the dog) when we arrived was a great start. The family is so lovely and welcoming! The rooms are really spacious and super clean. The place is so beautiful and in the middle of the rice fields. It’s a bit outside the town, but super easily reachable to motorbike in just a few mins (rental on site). The breakfast every day is delicious and the family dinners in the evening are every day different and always super tasty. (Also they made us some soup when we first arrived a bit late in the evening) They supported with booking a tour to go to the caves and were always ready to help with anything. Highly recommended if you are in Phong Nha!! :)

Everything and everyone. Phuong and her family are so kind, helpful and very friendly. With them you can get tours, bikes, scooter , everything. The place is great: quiet ,clean and very well located. A special thank to Phuong’s mom….the chef: best Pho I had in Vietnam so far. 🙌

Location: Unbeatable with the riverfront. Room: Just like the pictures - super roomy and quite clean. The bed isn’t the comfiest but we weren’t expecting luxury either. Bathroom is spacious though there’s no shower curtain around the tub so be prepared to make your toilet wet. Our room is on the top floor with a huge balcony and that was amazing. Hosts: This is a family business with everyone in the family contributes. I cannot praise them enough - just hard working and nice and honest people all around. Everything was super cheap and they just wanted to make sure your needs are met. Extras: They helped me do laundry twice after our muddy and wet hikes and the price was so good to pass up. We also ended up renting their mopeds all 3 nights and the hosts only charged us once since we rode only to the restaurants and back. Overall, would 100% stay there again.

Our Host was very friendly and helpful with organising tours and pick-ups. The view from the terrace was beautiful. Paddeling the river by the provided paddle boards was refreshing. The homestay vibe made is feel very comfortable. Thank you so much again!
