We had the pleasure of being assisted by Dahlan and Chaminda at the kids’ pool, and their service was exceptional. From the moment we arrived, both guides were warm, friendly, and attentive to the needs of our children. They ensured the safety of the kids while also creating a fun and welcoming atmosphere.

Great service , clean hotel , amazing helpful stuff , it happened that my car key fell down from the elevator gap from the 12th floor and they acted very professionally, and called the responsible company for the elevator maintenance and they brought the key next morning , and as they found it broken in 4 pieces they managed to fix it and it worked fine , this is a great experience who has let me forget about this nightmare that i lived for couple of hours from the night to the morning, i am so thankful for all the stuff from the reception to the room service , they were so helpful and professional … thank you billions for your great help indeed
