The owner does everything for you- dietary wishes, room service (he went out to buy a water kettle for us to use in our room); it is incredible. We usually do not write extensive reviews but he, his lovely wife and great son deserve more hotel guests so we hope this helps. Good quality beds, neat furniture, attention to detail and excellent meals. We truly wish him and all his staff all the best!!! He deserves it.

The food was the best. we tried local food and it was great. The room was clean, private parking. Mr.waiter was kind and he smiled all the time and he speaks very well English. I can say after 7 days spent in Albania that the food was the best one. Congruatulation to the owner!

The room was with amazing view on a high floor. In the hotel there is a rooftop bar with nice drinks and view to the city and nearby mountains. Our room was with very comfortable beds.

We are definitely gonna go back to this hotel if we stay in Kukes again.
