We arrived late evening due to delayed flights and were welcomed so warmly by the lady on reception and a warm fire in reception. We were staying for 5 nights and were upgraded to a queen suite with views and wow did that make our stay extra special, seeing those views the next morning was breathtaking and the suite was large and comfortable. The bed was lovely and comfy, the walk in shower was great and the whole hotel was spotless clean. We enjoyed some amazing food in the hotel restaurant both for breakfast and dinner, would certainly recommend eating there. Our stay was outstanding.

Huge lovely rooms. Very friendly staff. We did a free walking tour with the lovely Karissa which was great, a lovely and unexpected thing for the hotel to provide.

All of this hotel is the best one I ever stayed, The room is larger than expected and has comfortable space. The location is the best too, can find very good restuarant just across the road. There are drinking water filters available on every floor. Staffs are very friendly and gave me the good advice about the place to visit in Hobart.

Nina was incredibly warm and welcoming. She took the time to understand our dietary preferences in advance and prepared a delicious and varied breakfast, making us feel right at home. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and conveniently located. Our whole family loved it here, and I’ll definitely choose to stay again if I visit in the future. Maylands Lodge is a historic landmark property situated in the New Town area of Hobart. It is just an 8-minute drive from the city centre and the historic Hobart waterfront, including Salamanca... I truly enjoyed experiencing the atmosphere of a mansion in the heart of Hobart. The rooms and service were both excellent, and I was truly satisfied. I would love to visit again!!
