The room was spacious and super comfortable—perfect for a family. It’s very kid-friendly, which made everything easier. The spa was amazing, and the views of the majestic mountains were simply stunning. Both dinner and breakfast were delicious and had that comforting, homemade taste. A perfect spot to relax and recharge!

Being the only ski-in and ski-out hotel in Bansko, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko is located in the very heart of the mountain resort, right across the Gondola lift station. Excellent location, beautiful views,friendly and professional staff.Bery clean, rooms were cleaned twice a day. Bfast menu was vast and everything was fresh and delicious.Best hotel we ever stayed.Hope we go back soon.Very relaxing atmosphere in every place of d hotel. Fantastic new smallish hotel in Banya, right beside the ancient Turkish bath. Rooms are very comfortable, aircon and wifi work well. There is enough parking for guests. Very good value now that Banya is ''on the map" so to speak.
