This hotel is set at the foot of Mount Baselgia, close to Zernez’s Reformed Church. It offers tennis courts and a wellness area. Zernez Train Station is 1 km away. We stayed at the new part of the building and the room was perfect. Modern alpine style with lots of wood, great lighting, noise insulation, underfloor heating in the bathroom, lots of sockets all done to a very high standard.

Romantik Hotel Muottas Muragl is set in the mountains of Samedan, at the Muottas Muragl cable car station. It has a unique terrace with views of the Engadine’s Lake District. Incredible view. This just can't be beat. And the bottom of the funicular is very conveniently located next to a bus stop and two train stations, and a wonderful trail to Lake Staz.

He was always approachable, ready to assist with any request, and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Whether it was recommendations for local spots, handling special requests, or simply his positive energy, his outstanding customer service made all the difference. The hotel itself was not bad, but it was his kindness and professionalism that truly set our experience apart. We can’t thank him enough and would absolutely return, knowing we’d be in such great hands.
