Located near the centre of Osorno and overlooking the city, this hotel offers accommodation with modern amenities, a gym and free WiFi access. Rooms at Sonesta Hotel Osorno feature a luxury décor. Due to airline flight reschedule, we arrived later than expected -- this was not an issue, as my reservation was still in place. Our room was very large, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Breakfast was outstanding, with so many choices of what to eat as well as healthy eating choices. And when I asked for "cream" for my tea, I was given the real thing, not whole milk or half-and-half -- and they remembered this every subsequent morning!!! Such a wonderful consideration! The Manager came to our (Raquel) table, introduced herself and was always present as we were coming and going for our visits with our friends. The cleaning staff was a great help, especially with the repositioning of the shower head and how to reset the thermostat. This was also followed up almost immediately from what we assumed to be the floor manager to be certain that we were comfortable. My friend and I are "mobility impaired" and it was a very, very pleasant surprise to have such close personal attention paid to our needs., even at checkout. We have never had such positive personal attention paid to us at any hotel we have stayed in the past 15+ years. And the price quoted was the actual cost for our stay -- AMAZING! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Estación Hostel, a property with a shared lounge, is set in Castro, 2.8 km from Sabanilla Beach, 19 km from Nuestra Señora de los Dolores Church, as well as 22 km from Nuestra Señora del Rosario de... This is for sure one of the coziest hostles we've stayed in, and we have stayed in so many different ones over the world. It's so clean, the kitchen is big and they provide free coffee and tea and spices, everything you need for cooking is there for you, and they also provide laundry service. The showers and bathrooms are clean and the water is hot, perfect for chilly evenings. We had a double room on the first floor and the beds were extremely comfortable and we sleapt like babies during the 6 nights we stayed there. The very highlight was Sandro and Lady, the owners of the hostel. They went above and beyond and even further with helping, guiding, showing, telling and recommending places and things to do, when and where. They own and take care of the hostel all day, every day, by themselves and we were just so impressed by everything they do to provide an excellent hostel stay for everyone. They take the time to really talk and get to know all the guests and their hard work were impressive. We couldn't recommend a better hostel than this, everyone should get a piece of the kindness and warm hearts by Sandro and Lady. Once again, so many thank you from Melissa and Kalle.

A warm welcome with generous hearts. Our room was warm and cosy with a comfortable bed. We loved sitting in the lounge during our evenings to enjoy a glass of our own wine bought at a local supermarket. It was indeed a home away from home. We had fabulous advice for the must see/dos in the area and assistance with bookings as needed. Breakfast was too good not to eat, with homebaked treats.

The staff make the place feel like a home and go out of their way to make everyone feel welcome and have the best time in Chiloe.

Boasting a garden and views of lake, Cabañas Cuatro Estaciones Frutillar Bajo is a recently renovated holiday home situated in Frutillar, 34 km from Pablo Fierro Museum. The location was great. It was clean and comfortable enough, and the host was just fine.
