Recently renovated, everything is new and functioning, very clean, and does not have a cheap feeling. The furniture is new, convenient, and comfortable. Good breakfast (included) is delivered the evening before, therefore no problems with early start. Excellent kitchen, shower and good heating system. Good washing and drying machines are available in the common area. It is a gated hotel in the middle of the block, therefore it is safe and quiet. Just three blocks from the town central square and from the sea. Excellent hosts, can provide a lot of advice and a non-expensive transfer to/from the airport.

Hostal Baquedano is set in the centre of Puerto Natales, 500 metres away from the Main Square and 600 metres from the bus station. Each room comes with a private bathroom fitted with a shower. The hostal is family owned and the family is so kind and knowledgeable about the area. I felt like they really looked out for me and my best interests in every way. I hope everyone can enjoy their kind interactions and friendliness like I did. I loved the hospitality, the hot showers, the comfortable bed, big breakfast, and help to get going to Torres del Paine. Highly recommend.

I work in the luxury travel industry and research properties heavily before I visit them. Hotel Simple could not have exceeded my expectations more. The property is stunning and the staff go above and beyond to make your stay exceptional. Geraldine was so helpful through the booking process as well as while our group was at the hotel. The breakfasts are delicious and the dinners were AMAZING! I expected the food to be good, but the quality and selection was astounding. Our group did the O trek and stayed at the hotel on the front and back end of our trip. The hotel kindly stored our luggage in between, and they did everything in their power to make our stay special. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the vistas from the Superior View ones were sublime. We were all very sad to leave!

Boasting city views, VALYAK rent apart hotel - Servicios Integrales provides accommodation with a garden, around 1.7 km from Punta Arenas Beach. A very cosy, comfortable apartment in a good location to walk to central Punta Arenas. There is a well-stocked tienda / bakery and an excellent pizza place on the next block, and the supermarket is three or four blocks away. The apartment was warm, the wifi worked well and the kitchen had modern appliances which worked perfectly. The shower was hot with good water pressure - much needed after being in the wilderness for a while. The hosts were contactable, friendly and helpful with everything.
