Attractively situated in the centre of Chengdu, Hilton Garden Inn Chengdu Kuanzhai Alley features free WiFi, a terrace and free private parking for guests who drive. We loved the staff who were so kind and helpful. They allowed us to check in early when we arrived from the train and helped us to order a taxi 🚕 All the staff were helpful and polite including the cleaning team. Also, the facilities in the room are excellent. High quality presumably Chinese (‘Japanese-style’) toilets in rooms, seperate toilet and shower (such a sensible design!)

Believe it or not, even though I didn’t really enjoy the city of Chengdu, this hotel completely made my stay worthwhile. It is a high-quality hotel with very spacious rooms, comfortable beds, and a beautiful bathroom. While the view wasn’t particularly impressive, the room provided everything I needed. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety and great taste. What impressed me the most, how's, was the staff. They were extremely kind and accommodating, even allowing us a complimentary three-hour late check-out when they realized we needed extra time. This hotel truly saved our trip, turning what could have been a disappointing city visit into a wonderful experience. I highly recommend it!

Attractively situated in Chengdu, Taikoo Li Premier Hotel Chengdu by Enji (Panda & Tianfu) features air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a restaurant. This place is quite nice. The rooms look very exquisite and give a very comfortable feeling. The check-in process is fast. The service is excellent and the facilities are also very complete. I will choose to stay here again next time.
