I love the spacious well laid out and well designed room. The hotel staff keeps everything in the room so well maintained and clean . Love that the hot water for the bath ran well unlike some hotels . The staff were very helpful and tried their best to provide their guest with a happy stay. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a welcome gift. And as I arrived at the hotel at 2am in the morning, the staff even made sure to hand us some snacks and juice. The location is great as well. Short walk to the train lines, the ancient city wall, the Old Market place. I'll definitely not hesitate to recommend this hotel if you're ever visiting Xian.

Shangri-La Hotel Xi'an located in the prestigious financial and shopping mall center in Xian. The property is a 5-minute walk to shopping streets. Heel erg fijn hotel! Mooie lobby, fijne kamers, lekkere restaurants, prima zwembad. Wat echt het verschil heeft gemaakt is de fantastische hulp van de conciërge (Oscar). Voorafgaand aan onze reis heeft hij ons geholpen met het installeren van WeChat. Voor ons heeft hij twee perfecte dagtrips met gids georganiseerd. Bij aankomst heeft hij ons bovendien als VIPS verwelkomd. Kon niet beter!

Crowne Plaza Xi'an is located above the 25th floor of Shaanxi Xinxi Tower. This property has an indoor pool, a fitness centre and free parking. Staff were great and extremely helpful. The suites are lovely to stay in with wonderful views, the food in the main restaurant was delicious and had cuisines from around the world as well as local food. Mr Wang was a great concierge at the desk too

Holiday Inn Express Xi'an North Station by IHG bevindt zich in Xi'an, op 16 km van Daming-paleis, en biedt accommodatie met een fitnesscentrum, gratis privéparkeren en een restaurant. All facilities were clean and well organized. Staff was also very kind and ready to assist. Good breakfast! Wish to stay again and recommend to others.

It was amazing, lively, in the best location, room was minimalistic (to my taste) but had everything we needed. Very much an ikea minimalistic showroom feel. The staff was friendly too. Love the added touches in the common area like the hexagon pool table and the fruit ninja on the wall.
