Ashleigh and her family were very welcoming when we arrived to check us in, and helped us quickly with any questions we had. The location and balcony is beautiful with views over the harbour. They even made a special effort for my partners birthday which was hugely appreciated. It was lovely and spacious and they really have thought of everything to make the stay comfortable and to ensure you have everything you need for the various activities you might be doing locally!

The house was beautiful and located right on the waterfront for excellent views of the beach, sun, and sea lions. The room had A/C and the beds were so comfortable! It is also very walkable from town.

Pick up from the airport, drive to La Loberia or the ferry is free. Wonderful service! My room was spacious, with a big beautiful terrace with sea view, fridge and hot shower. Soledad cares for everything! Drinking water is free. 5 minutes walking to playa Mann, where the sealions are waiting and swimming is gorgeous. 5 minutes more to the entrance of the NP. Perfect place for perfect holidays! Best hotel on the Galapagos! Soledad, you are right, San Cristóbal is the nicest island! Thanks! Thanks Ivan! I will come back!

The apartment is very spacious and perfect for several people. The beds are super comfortable, the living area is large and cozy, with a big TV and a Bluetooth stereo system. We especially loved the big, well-equipped kitchen — ideal for cooking together. The air conditioning in all rooms made the stay even more pleasant. Although the house is not directly in the town center, everything is easily reachable on foot — it takes about 10 to 15 minutes to get to town, the beaches, or anywhere you need to go on the island. For us, this was no problem at all — actually quite nice, since the location is peaceful but still well connected. We stayed there with four people and had more than enough space. Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and would definitely come back!

Location was perfect and having a pool to jump in when it is so humid was awesome! The office was closed a little too early to be as helpful as I would prefer, but that was ok. The location was very walkable to the ferries, restaurants, tours, etc.

The facilities of the hotel are well maintained. The breakfast is simple and less choices. The most impressive Issue is some staff keeps unfriendly and alert to every single passenger. They always gave a small amount of food or fruits to us and asked is that enough? Come on, this is a hotel to host guest. To be general is a basic rule. We had paid the cost for accommodation and breakfast. Why not free to select my food. Don’t be silly to ask me a small piece of non-fresh watermelon is enough for my breakfast. Don’t give me half spoon fried egg and ask me if it is enough. Don’t ask me if one piece of bread is enough or not. Common sense. I fully understand you protect the food to avoid waste. I hate the experience of the breakfast.
