Everything but especially the people, In particular Mahmoud Eldeeb from Reception, we met him last year in our previous holiday and he always makes us feel at home, he is super nice and professional at the same time! We also want to say that Said the chef is amazing, he cooked amazingly well always available for our request especially for our daughter. All the guys in the restaurants especially Gaia and Lucina restaurants made our holiday unforgettable, the reception team in the person of Said treated us 5 stars, we will be back for sure ❤️

I truly fall in love with Steigenberger Resort Ras Soma. The resort grounds are beautiful, everything is clean and top of the top. In addition to amazing food hall with stunning terrace where we could eat breakfast, lunch and dinner we could book dinners in special restaurants within the resort - each dinner was a great experience, great food and beautiful atmosphere. We stayed over Xmas and the management just went over the top for Xmas dinner/event - we had GREAT HOLIDAYS. We are already looking forward to book our next stay.

Great location for family. Not too crowded not too loud. Staff made sure we have all we need and the kids had a lot of fun in the pool and at the beach and in the activities that were light and not very imposing. We had an incredible week at this hotel in Hurghada! From the moment we arrived, Ahmed at reception made us feel so welcome—he was unbelievably kind and helpful throughout our stay. The Amaraya restaurant team deserves a huge shout-out! The food was absolutely unreal, with something for every taste, and the cleanliness was on another level. Every meal was a pleasure, thanks to their hard work and attention to detail. One of the biggest highlights was how spotless the entire hotel was. I have never seen such a clean hotel before—huge respect to the cleaning teams for keeping everything in perfect condition! There’s always something to do here, with tons of activities to keep you entertained. But if you’re looking for relaxation, there are plenty of pools and snack bars where you can unwind in peace. A big thank you to the hotel manager for an amazing experience. We truly enjoyed every moment and will definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!
