The staff was attentive and helpful. The décore is lovely with a mixture of contemporary among an ancient setting. The front desk even sent us tizaines to help us sleep when they heard that we had just arrived from the USA.

Great location, within walking distance to the St. Catherine shopping avenue and the Opera House and river. Tram lines provide access to more distant hotspots. Our room was a suite with a separate living area and kitchenette. Very comfortable bed and Clarins toiletries. Outstanding cleanliness and wonderful small touches like complmentary shoe shine and daily refresh of a small chocolate or biscuit. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable and very polite.
