Facing the beachfront, The Kenmuir Arms Hotel offers 4-star accommodation in New Luce and features a garden, terrace and restaurant. What can I say about this little gem of a hotel! Absolutely brilliant hosts, brilliant food, lovely setting beside river, very comfortable room, spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. We loved it. The Sunday roast was amazing, the beef just melted when you cut it. Breakfast was a feast of Scottish flavours. The whole ambience was just superb. Thank you Michelle, Beth and Chris for your hospitality.

Lodge Cabin with Fabulous Views - Farm Holiday is situated in Stranraer. The property has garden views. The apartment also features free WiFi, free private parking and facilities for disabled guests. The location was stunning, the owners very friendly and helpful with local knowledge.The enclosed safe dog exercise area was brilliant, for the dogs and us humans 😁. The accommodation was comfortable & clean and had everything you wanted and the beds, duvets & shower were great. Good WiFi too. The sound of the sheep was lovely, who knew sheep coughed🐑 Very dog friendly and the eggs & jam from the honesty box were delicious.The half mile easy walk to the coast was a bonus, happy wet dogs had a ball🐕🐕We will most definitely return, but next time for longer 🐑

Set in Moffat, in a historic building, 35 km from Dumfries and County Golf Club, Warriston Apartment at Holm Park is an apartment with a garden and barbecue facilities. Everything was so lovingly put together. Such a plush, comfortable, warm, inviting home. We felt so comfortable and happy the whole time, the apartment added so much character and warmth to our vacation! We already had very high expectations, and I think every single part of the stay here, exceeded them.

Featuring 4-star accommodation, Douglas House is located in Castle Douglas, 26 km from Dumfries and Galloway Golf Club and 28 km from Dumfries and County Golf Club. Kate was super welcoming, and helpful for first-time visitors. The rooms were great, clean, with everything you'd need. Breakfast was fabulous. I would recommend it.

Staff were really friendly and accommodating, the bed was really comfortable, the room was really spacious and the shared kitchen space had everything you need and was very clean

Set in 18 acres of private parkland, Hetland Hall Hotel serves local produce on its Scottish menu. Overlooking the Solway Firth, this hotel also has an outdoor children’s playground. The grounds/surrounding area of the hotel were lovely/relaxing. We ate in the restaurant and whilst there was limited choice on the menu, the food was excellent and the choice and food quality at breakfast was very good indeed. The dining/breakfast area, bar and outside seating area's were very comfortable and clean.
