The owners Maggie and Eduard are extremely friendly, warm, open and welcoming, and were always happy to help with any request of ours. The location is perfect, within a 5 minute walk of all the activities in Bakuriani, with many restaurants close by. The breakfast each morning was delicious, with everything prepared fresh in the hotel kitchen. One afternoon the hotel prepared a special lunch for all of their guests, with homemade shashlik, plov, salads, breads and their own wine! It was fantastic!

The bed is comfortable, and the bed linen is of good quality, which is the most important thing for me.

The hotel itself is beautiful and elegant and the views are incredible, at both day and night! The staff are extremely helpful and it is the perfect place to relax after visiting the monastery or doing other hikes. The gardens are delightful (don't forget to visit the chapel!) and the on-site restaurant is brilliant!

Great location and really friendly owners! After camping and hiking for a couple days it was really helpful to be able to do our laundry and hang our tent out to dry. Highly recommend this hotel. Value for price of hotel is unmatched. Modern finishing and ambient atmosphere. Breakfast was the best I’ve had of all 7 hotels I stayed throughout my month-long trip, considering the price for a night. Great views (a bit of construction but the noise doesn’t bother) and Georgian hospitality at its best. Their heated pool was a great bonus. Restaurant itself is amazing. Better than Google Maps’ top rated restaurants around the area. Room service was also fast. Staff were really accommodating. Even helped us with our flat tire.

A good location for a stress-free getaway in Akhaltsikhe, MariElla is a guest house surrounded by views of the garden. The property features a garden, bar and parking on-site among other facilities. Most amazing family I met in Georgia. Everyone was so nice and I felt welcome from the start. I had some really nice experiences and everyone was very helpful and making sure I had a good time there. The food was amazing, the facilities clean and the bed comfy. All perfect and I highly recommend staying with this beautiful and good hearted family.
