Well situated in the centre of Athens, Okupa offers air-conditioned rooms, a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, free WiFi and a shared lounge. Just wow!! This hostel which has just opened is simply magnificent. It has all the necessary amenities and more, including a restaurant, a library, a lounge, as well as soundproof boxes allowing you to isolate yourself to work on your PC, or even make a professional call. Concerning the rooms, I am attaching photos which will probably have more impact than words. Also a big thank you to the young Marina, who is adorable and very professional. CUBES ON THE BEACH Athens Airport, a property with a garden, is set in Artemida, 500 metres from 3rd Vravrona Beach, 7 km from Metropolitan Expo, as well as 12 km from McArthurGlen Athens. The place was excellent. Very good value for the price. Nice location, close to the airport. We haven't met any staff, but the instructions that were given to us were enough. I would definitely recommend or go back.

Athens City View Urban Suites offers accommodation set 500 metres from the centre of Athens and provides a garden and a terrace. The highlight of our trip was the staff. I have never experienced such fantastic customer service. The staff were exceptional!

Kipos Boutique Suites is situated in Heraklio Town, within 2.4 km of Amoudara Beach and 5.9 km of The Palace of Knossos. Exceptionally friendly and helpful receptionist (Michaelis) who welcomed us on a rainy night with a big smile and helped to carry our luggage to the 1st floor:). The apartment is very smartly and tastefully designed with a functional kitchenette hidden in a cupboard in the living room. It is equipped with all you might need to make a simple meal like scrambled eggs for breakfast. There are even proper wine glasses which is not always the case in apart hotels. A Nespresso coffee machine with some complimentary coffee pods and even a proper (liquid) creamer were a surprise and a nice touch! Everything looks brand new - the facilities, towels & bed linen. The apartment was spotlessly clean. Perfect, quiet location, within walking distance to the center of Heraklion, bars & restaurants. Free parking opposite the building is a real bonus in that busy town! The price per night in March was excellent value for money. It's a fantastic place if you want to go on a city break to enjoy the nice restaurants and bars in town, that are open all year round. We were able to leave our car in the hotel car park for a few hours longer after we checked out, which was great and convenient. We'll definitely be back:)!

Facing the beachfront, Nautilux Rethymno by Mage Hotels offers 5-star accommodation in Rethymno Town and features a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and garden. A brand new hotel, very nicely located in a calm area, but close to the city. Contemporary designed hotel with luxury feel and attention to details. The entry hall and the stairs are a true masterpiece. The rooms are clean, comfortable, well organized and fully equipped. Staff was very professional and helpful, yet friendly. We were allowed to check in earlier and were provided complimentary free breakfast. Liana, was extremely helpful throughout our stay. She helped us to plan the visits around and gave us great suggestions. Furthermore, she invited us to the Easter party lunch organized by the hotel with traditional music and tasty food. Breakfast is buffet style, everything is freshly made and very well presented. Finally, food was very delicious. The garage is free , which is a bonus. I would definitely choose to stayhere again whenever I visit Crete.
