Situated in Volos and within 1.7 km of Anavros Beach, Azur Hotel Volos has a bar, non-smoking rooms, and free WiFi throughout the property. We loved the hotel’s location—it’s right in the city center! We were also happy to see that they have good accessibility for people with disabilities, which is not something we see often. The staff was very helpful and answered all our questions about Volos, including where to go and what to see. They even upgraded our rooms, so we got balconies, which was a nice surprise! The room was super clean, well-equipped, and had some great extras. It’s the first hotel we’ve stayed at that offers bathrobes instead of just towels, and the quality was amazing! The bed was also very comfortable. Overall, a great stay, and we’d definitely come back!

Located in Kala Nera, 200 metres from Glyphá Beach, Nest by the Sea, Nilie Hospitality MGMT provides rooms with air conditioning and free WiFi. The facility is absolutely top notch. The hosts Dimitrios and Nina were great, knowledgeable super friendly gave us great suggestions for where to go and where to eat. Exceeded our expectations in every respect. Beautiful apartments, we asked for the seaview and it was no extra charge, the walk is easy and close to beaches, cafes, shops and seaside Tavernas. Kala Nera is a charming village, the name means "Good Waters" and it really was, the beaches are perfect, the Taverna's were very good. If you have a car don't miss going up the mountain to eat at Niki's Taverna in Zagora, surrounded by Apple Trees on both sides, the road is very winding but you don't need to rush. We saw wild hogs, a fox, cute houses and when you arrive at NIki's you'll taste what it's like to eat in the home of a Greek family, the ladies in the kitchen love what they do and so will you. Beautiful views, try to get there to see the sunset.

Located in Volos, less than 1 km from Anavros Beach, Volos Inn Hotel provides accommodation with a shared lounge, free private parking and a bar. Great location in Volos, a short walk away from lots of cafes/ restaurants and the waterfront area. The room was comfortable, nicely designed, well equipped and had a huge balcony. There’s a covered parking area in the back (though it can be a bit tricky to maneuver if you’re the last to arrive, as it’s quite tight).

Situated in Makrinítsa, 10 km from Panthessaliko Stadium, Makrinitsa Village features accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. The view, the big comfortable bed (I am 1.94 and it was great for 2), nice linnen, fireplace (highlight), nice relaxed breakfast, kind, relaxed and helpful hostess (thanks Voula!), friendly cats. Oh, and the location is stellar!

Featuring sea views, Hotel Apartments Sikia offers accommodation with balcony, around 400 metres from Kato Gatzea Beach. This is the cleanest facility in all the region. The owners and the staff is super kind.
