Kékkút is a very charming village in the heart of the Kali basin, on the North side of the Balaton. It is a spectacular natural area, surrounded by extinguished volcanoes, forests, fields and vineyards. The house is practically brand new, the layout is very practical, we were a family of five, 2 adults and 3 children. You can enjoy breakfast and all other meals on the covered veranda looking out over the nature reserve. The kitchen is very well equipped. There is a little shop and a restaurant in the village itself, the beach of Ábrahámhegy is only 15 minutes away. There is a lot to do, but also just chill at the house. It is very quiet and peaceful with a very friendly owner.

The cottage is suitable for 4 people or two couples. It has two parts, each having its own lounge room and a bedroom, both parts connected through a spacious dining room. You do not meet the property owner/manager, all is organised - effectively - through chats. The cottage is ready when you arrive. The location is not far, only few minutes drive, from interesting places of Balaton wine region, like Tapolca (one of photos).

Very nice place with great people around who guarantee a perfect stay. The view and the wines are 👍 The breakfast is also good, but we missed the dinner, the hotel doesn’t have any. But we got some nice recommendations from the personnel and were pleased with the restaurants nearby. Would definitely recommend to stay here and enjoy a summer weekend together with your loved ones.
