The staff is so welcoming and always available to help. The view from the room is beautiful especially at sunset, and you can enjoy swimming in the various pools or right in the sea by the hotel. The breakfast is unbelievable, with so many options, with diversity everyday and delicious, make sure to try the french toast! We also attended some of the free activities offered (sunrise walk, boxing and yoga with Dio), really nice !

My stay at this hotel was absolutely incredible — far beyond what I ever could have imagined. From the moment I arrived, I was struck by how luxurious everything felt, and the views of the harbour were simply breathtaking. Every single staff member I encountered was warm, friendly, and genuinely attentive. A special mention goes to the wonderful woman who checked me in — she went above and beyond throughout my entire stay, checking in with me each morning at breakfast, remembering my itinerary, and asking about my tours from the previous day. That personal touch made me feel truly cared for. I also enjoyed an amazing, relaxing spa treatment with Sopi, who treated me like absolute royalty. It was one of the most rejuvenating experiences I’ve ever had. I can’t recommend this hotel enough — luxurious surroundings, exceptional service, and staff who truly make you feel at home. 100% would recommend this hotel and experience to anyone looking for something truly special.

Communicative and interactive staff. The hotel is near from the dock, i was so excited. You can hear to the sound of the boats and sea. My room is perfect. Clean, comfy bed, and perfect facility. There is laundry hanger, people need it especially if they went to the beach. Lovely bedroom, i like the simple white blue decoration, so comfy and pleasing my eyes.. Relaxing! It is also recommended to have meal in the restaurant in the hotel. I like the bed, the room size, the lighting, the air con, the pantry and the clean sofa. Loveeeee Would love to come back!

Thanks for being open and receiving guests even on Easter 🥹 the house is beautifully decorated, I had the best hot shower in Flores there! The owner is very nice and welcoming ☺️ and cooks delicious breakfasts! Wish I could stay longer.

Room 502 had a great view of the sea, park, and pool from the balcony (smokers-friendly). The hotel is clean, and the staff is terrific. Kind, friendly people and fantastic nature. The hotel had better access to the beach (with the best sunsets than in Bali). The staff helped us organize a great trip to Komodo Island with additional snorkeling. I will recommend this place. It is worth visiting. It was a fantastic adventure. We would love to come back here.

WiFi was working very good (they have few different ones). 2 swimming pools with view on the sea, and the breakfast was sensational. Hot water in the shower. An open wardrobe so you can easily store your stuff. We were there while they didn't have other guests so it was super nice.
