Everything was fantastic - The room, the staff, the food. I only stay in the Taj Mahal when I visit Delhi as you can’t beat the experience.

Really pleasant stay in a great (very safe and calm) location. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were attentive and welcoming, and the breakfast on the rooftop terrace was the highlight!

It's a very modern and clean hotel. The 'welcome' ritual was a nice surprise. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Concierge arranged Delhi day tour at very short notice. Driver and car were waiting for us in less than 30 minutes. Our driver, Rajveer was a Driver-and-Guide (2-in-1) who gave us background information about the places we visited. The Premium Room is of a generous size to accommodate 2 people very comfortably; and nicely decorated. We have tried the multiple restaurants at this hotel and they are all very good. Don't miss out on The Oberoi Patisserie for the nice pastries. Our transfer to and from Haridwar was also arranged by the helpful Concierge for a seamless travel. Highly recommend this hotel.

Located in New Delhi, 8.8 km from Qutub Minar, Hotel Red Plaza -Near Delhi Airport & Free Airport Drop provides accommodation with a terrace, free private parking and a restaurant. I didn’t stay because of the rude behavior of the staff, they asked me to pay advance to some links or else they told me they will cancel my booking. Since I felt very insecure on this, I booked another property. Not recommended at all, very rude staff, not professional.
