Excellent stay, Beautiful location and hot warm pool along with nature bath which is free to access. Room was spacious and comfortable. Worth the stay.

Grund was a warm and cozy respite from cold and extremely windy weather. The apartment was in a fantastic location in town - a short walk from the one small grocery store, a restaurant, and a waterfall. It was also an easy drive to all the amazing sights in the Snaefellsnes Peninsula. The kitchen and bathroom were recently updated. The kitchen has all you might need to cook - including an ample supply of spices and oils to use. All in all this was an amazing place to stay for our first two nights in Iceland.

Amazing hotel with beautiful, modern rooms and an incredible restaurant. The staff were all happy to have us there and the restaurant on the 4th floor served one of the best meals we had all week in Iceland. The restaurant manager, Theodore, absolutely made our evening!

This family run guesthouse sits scenically on the Snæfellsnes peninsula on Iceland’s western coast, and features views of the surrounding nature from all rooms, as well as free Wi-Fi. Location was fantastic. The food was all home cooked and excellent.
