We liked the room, we had the private triple room, and it was very comfortable. The shared bathroom wasn't a problem. The staff was very friendly. We had to check-in late, which was okay, the staff answered all of our questions and helped us with all the information we needed. The communication was overall smooth.

Modern, spotlessly clean, well equipped apartment and shared kitchen / dining. Location in a quiet side street near the station is excellent for train travellers and for day trips to other towns, and it's an easy walk to the Bologna highlights. Everything was perfect! Communication and the warm welcome were excellent, and the parking recommendation was super helpful. Since the property is brand new, everything was spotlessly clean. The shower was by far the best I’ve experienced in any hotel so far. Having complimentary Nespresso was a great bonus. The location is amazing, very close to the city center. The only small downside was that the main entrance key was a bit tricky to use, but it didn’t affect the overall experience. If I come back to Bologna, I would definitely stay here again.
