The restaurant wasn’t actually open but she did it anyway and I think that was wonderful of her. It was just a very unique experience. We communicated well thanks to our phones with Google translate! Just a lovely lady, and she even drove me into town to get on the trail for the Via Francigena the next morning. I really appreciated that.
