This was my family and I first visit to Jamaica. Prior, we spent weeks reading reviews about properties in the area but kept going back to Mystic Ridge Paradise since they have the best ratings in the area. We made the reservation after which, we contacted the host. Charmaine was and is exceptional! She responded to us at 1:00am that morning, expressing how thankful she was that we chose her place. Charmaine maintained contact with us through out the weeks prior to our arrival. She even assisted us with getting transportation. She connected us with Jermaine who’s an extremely patient, pleasant, helpful and professional driver. When we arrived at the apartment, it exceeded our expectations. The apartment is modern, cozy, extremely clean and just right for a family with small children. We really liked the open concept kitchen. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and we slept really well during our stay. We are truly grateful for your help, professionalism and care during our stay Charmaine. Please continue the great work that you and Lisa are doing to give guests wonderful experiences at your property. We will definitely visit Mystic Ridge Paradise again.

Facing the beachfront, Riu Ocho Rios - All Inclusive offers 5-star accommodation in Ocho Rios and features an outdoor swimming pool, fitness centre and garden. The staff were the most Polite & lntelligent People i have ever come across & i have travelled many places over the last 40 years. Best Customer Services i have ever seen. Red carpet treatment for the Guests was Spot on. The in house Entertainment Professional & was Absolutely Fantastic. The food was Delicious & to everyone Palate. Beverages on tap. The Amazing Wonderful views at night takes your breath away. Jamaica is truly Paradise on Earth.

Facing the seafront, the outdoor pool at the Hibiscus Lodge Hotel is one of its most outstanding features. I absolutely love the welcome we got from the front desk staff. All the staff were welcoming and very polite, The Room attendant was really nice also. Big up to the staff at Hibiscus Lodge.
