Super friendly hotel manager, the rooms were great and the bed was the best thing I've had in days.

This was the place I liked the most during my entire 2 months stay in Japan. This was the place I felt most welcomed and taken care of. This was the place I had the opportunity to witness the best omotenashi I had in Japan. I stayed for three nights during snowy winter at Shiroganeya and could easily stay longer. Maki and her mother paid attention to every detail. Very convenient area to use as a base for exploring the area, delicious food prepared by Maki's mother, lovely atmosphere, beautiful and traditional house full of family history. I highly recommend people staying here for exploring Togakushi area. I will definitely come back and staying again. I hope next time during autumn. Thank you very much Maki!

Το Hakuba Echo Hotel and Apartments βρίσκεται σε κεντρική τοποθεσία στην περιοχή Echo Land και προσφέρει άνετα δωμάτια με θέα στο βουνό. Location, actual hotel, the staff were good, breakfast perfect.

Το B&B Hotel Hyochoan άνοιξε τον Αύγουστο του 2012 και προσφέρει απλά καταλύματα δυτικού στιλ. The host was very nice, they gave us welcoming drink. We really enjoyed our stay, the room was very quiet, nice, clean and tidy. Couldnt be happier, they even gave us a receipt of our stay in a postcard format. The breakfast was sooo good, the lounge was in such a nice atmosphere, it was snowing outside, they offered tea, coffee, some starters then steamed eggs with cod fish and rice. Then wrapped up with yogurt and fruit platter.

Με μεγάλα ιαματικά λουτρά και υπέροχη θέα στη λίμνη Suwa, το Kamisuwa Onsen Shinyu προσφέρει δωμάτια ιαπωνικού στιλ με σύγχρονες πινελιές σε χαλαρωτική ατμόσφαιρα. One of our favourite locations for Japan. The staff are very friendly and the room was great. We tried Onsen at the hotel for the first time and loved it. The views from our room were beautiful.

Hakuba Tokyu Hotel is an 8-minute drive from JR Hakuba Station and a 3-minute drive from Happo-One Bus Terminal. A free 2-way shuttle to both destinations is provided upon prior reservation. Enjoyed my first time in Hakuba experience. The hotel, staff and breakfast were lovely. Thank you!

Το Sakaeya βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της περιοχής με τις ιαματικές πηγές Shibu, σε απόσταση 5 λεπτών οδικώς από το σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό Yudanaka και προσφέρει καταλύματα ιαπωνικού στιλ. This is a true Japanese cultural and cuisine experience that was the highlight of our holiday. The room with private Onsen and private bathroom was exceptional and much better than we imagined for a traditional Raikan and the Onsen experience was worth pushing our comfort zones for. The culinary offerings were incredible (even if many were not to our taste) they clearly pride themselves on perfection, symmetry and are proud of their cultural roots. Some of their dishes have been presented to the imperial household and wearing traditional clothing and private intimate dining you simply couldn’t ask for a truer traditional & cultural experience at the highest end. The Raikan bus to the snow monkeys is only a 5 minute drive and they ask for a small contribution to cover their costs. The private Onsen on the terrace was an absolute treat.
