Masaki, who delivered and explained our dinners, was the highlight! He was so friendly and did a great job! Breakfast and dinner were incredibly tasty. You must visit the rooftop foot spa on a clear day, for a spectacular view of Mt Fuji and Kawaguchiko Lake. Convenient location, free shuttle from/to Kawaguchiko station, room and public onsen were incredibly clean, got to enjoy karaoke and I highly recommend the private bath with the view of Mt Fuji.

It’s a nice clean house with everything available you could possibly want. The snacks and drinks in the refrigerator were a very nice touch!

Beautiful ryokan with a big amazing garden with rocks, plants, trees, streams and carps (really remarkable). Beautiful room, very spacious and clean. We had the room with the private onsen, very nice, and view on the garden. Delicious breakfast and dinner, thoughtfully presented and curated to the smallest details. Very nice public onsen with indoor and outdoor pools. Great staff, very helpful and kind. It was an extremely pleasant stay, I wish we had spent more nights there. I would absolutely recommend it!

Set in Fujikawaguchiko, 4 km from Lake Kawaguchi, 富士山と河口湖とホテル風鈴 offers accommodation with a garden, free private parking, a terrace and a restaurant. This hotel experience is phenomenal! The room is spacious and very clean. The staff is very attentive and very polite. The location is great if you want to explore mount Fuji with less crowd as the hotel is located in the residential area so less touristy compare to a lot of places around. Overall 10/10. Would love come back again soon.

Everything was relatively new and very well kept. The extra dehumidifier in every room. The crockery was lovely. Large bathroom. Very comfortable.

20 km from Fuji-Q Highland, Garden Shed is a recently renovated property located in Yamanakako and provides air-conditioned rooms with free WiFi and parking on-site. The most beautiful property I've ever stayed in. Truly gorgeous architecture, build quality, comfort, and hospitality. The absolute highlight of my trip. I would come back to Japan just to stay at this property again. Felt like home. Or what home could be.
