A recently renovated property, Sokcho Summitbay 1701 "Ocean View" is set in Sokcho near Lighthouse Beach, Sokcho Culture Center and Yeongnangho. This is a wonderful accommodation option for a few nights. The studio unit fronts overlooks the beach, and as such, receives direct morning sun. The unit is fully equipped for a long stay, with great toiletries (soap, shampoo, conditioner) and both a washing machine and dryer. The kitchenette is small, but functional, with limited utensils, and a full fridge/freezer. With the location being beach-front, you have direct access to a range of restaurants (best of all is Hollys Cafe, which serves breakfast/lunch/dinner starting at 8am). There is an electric bike station just metres from the front door, however, if you want normal bikes, the nearest option is one of the rental agencies 2km away at the inland lake (which is a great place to bike around as it is closed to traffic). We loved our time here, and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it for anyone wanting a quality stay!

Located in Gangneung, 35 km from Pyeongchang Olympic Plaza, The Beauty Hotel provides accommodation with a terrace, free private parking, a restaurant and a bar. breakfast was asian western.very good.time at 7am was what i like.husband & wife where cool.all the stafff was good.i think it was the son that came to train station to escort me to hotel. 3 minutes. going places was ok once i found the eateries it was good.the good resturants are a little distance from hotel. maybe 1 2 3 kilometers. .,but once you look and find it is ok as you can get the bus.it is maybe 500 meters to shopping then there is the street.at night is place to see..there are many hotels near beauty hotel. but for me it was the beauty hotel that i gave a 10 for.

Featuring 2-star accommodation, Sokcho Business Hotel CAMEL is set in Sokcho, 5.5 km from Daepo Port and 5.6 km from Seorak Waterpia. Much more luxurious and comfortable than its two star rating would suggest. Modern room and bathroom, very clean, free overflow parking close by, some staff have excellent English. Great restaurants nearby. Just under 20min drive to Seoraksan national park. Recommend staying here.

Boasting a balcony with sea views, a garden and a shared lounge, SunriseHotel JuniorSuite room 11F Sea- view can be found in Sokcho, close to Seokbong Ceramic Museum and 2 km from Lighthouse Beach. The location was perfect and the views were amazing. It was easy to walk to various things: restaurants, cafes, the market, etc. Everyone we talked to in the hotel was very friendly.

We have been given a room with a sea view and balcony and it was great to see the sunrise from the bed! But it was even more amazing from the rooftop terrace.

Located at the heart of 2018 Pyeongchang Winter Olympic site, Skybay Gyeongpo Hotel is just within a short stroll of Lake Gyeongpo and Gyeongpo Beach. Room was pretty clean with a great view of the ocean. Pretty close to the beach. They have a convenience store and restaurants in the building.
