One of the most beautiful properties I have seen and the staff is so attentive and helpful. I traveled with my small baby for her first birthday and we had the most wonderful time. The team ensured a grand arrival and departure while personally helping out with the baby.

Boasting a garden and views of mountain, Zion is a recently renovated bed and breakfast situated in Nuwara Eliya, 5.2 km from Gregory Lake. The room was maintained well despite it was raining most of the time. The host provided warm jackets and bedsheets. Check-in and check-out were really quick. Local tuk-tuk drivers know this place really well. There is a shortcut that we can use to reach the town by walking. Overall value for money.

The views were great, the staff was extremely cooperative and made sure to go the extra mile like arranging a poolside BBQ for us. The rooms were aesthetically pleasing and cleaned well. Breakfast, tea time snacks, and dinner was delicious and presented beautifully each time. The food was not very expensive either; it was good value for money.

It is an amazing place with particularly warm and attentive staff, who are keen to fulfil all guests' wishes. They also catered to all our food restrictions individually and we were able to fully enjoy the excellent food. Thank you Stafford team for a wonderful stay in your little paradise!

Madhusha Rest is located within a 10 km radius from 6 scenic waterfalls. This affordable accommodation provides comfortable guestrooms fitted with en suite bathrooms. Great host, always trying to help us figure out how to get around and have a nice time! They offered us lots of delicious Sri Lankan food for lunch (with fruits, veges, and coffee from their backyard!) in the family home. Whenever we needed a taxi/tuktuk, they connected us, and when we went camping, they even sent someone who lived in the area to make sure we arrived to the campgrounds safely! And since it was a holiday in Sri Lanka, there weren't many taxis running, so the host generously drove us to our next destination himself (2.5hrs to Kandy!). He invited us to his family's traditions for New Years and introduced us all. They allowed us to extend our stay without issues, and they gave us a bigger room than we expected for the same price since it was available. The room was very clean with mosquito net, toilet paper, balcony, warm water shower, air conditioning, warm blankets for the cold nights, and peaceful common outdoor seating area. If we're ever in Maskeliya again, we'll be coming here again. Can't recommend it enough!
