We had a fantastic stay! The villa was spotless, in a great location, and hosted by a truly wonderful hostess. It’s close to the beach yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle, offering the perfect balance of relaxation and convenience. Highly recommended!

Το River Breeze Villa Bentota παρέχει καταλύματα με δωρεάν WiFi, εγκαταστάσεις μπάρμπεκιου, κήπο και δωρεάν ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης. The room was lovely with a private balcony where you could sit and a shared balcony where meals were served. The room was spotless and beautifully fitted -- a comfy bed and a super shower. Ruchira, the host, was so friendly and helpful- she took me on her bike to the beach which is gorgeous, offered to buy me a train ticket as I wanted to return by train, and helped me with a visit to Lunuganga Gardens. She also arranged a river safari for me with Harinder (Harin) who was an absolutely fantastic guide-- he spotted so many animals and birds and took me for one of the best river safaris I've ever been on. I highly recommend doing the river safari with him. Breakfast was excellent. I also ordered dinner there one night and the food was fabulous- made by Osaka, Ruchira's sister. Location was quiet, very pretty with lots of scope for nice walks, including to the Bentota Temple on the river. You could see the river in the distance but cant easily walk along the river. The beach is a short tuk tuk ride away and so are a number of restaurants. Its very easy and affordable to order a tuk tuk. Overall this was such an amazing stay-- I very much recommend it. The reviews that Ruchira has got are amazing -- but she more than deserves these wonderful reviews. I hope to be back again soon!

Το Chami Villa Bentota βρίσκεται στην Μπεντότα, μόλις 50μ. από την παραλία και 100μ. από το σιδηροδρομικό σταθμό της Μπεντότα. Ο ξενώνας προσφέρει απλά καταλύματα με ιδιωτικό μπάνιο και δωρεάν Wi-Fi. There are no words to describe the hospitality and kindness, we were welcomed like part of the family. We felt like Chami Villa was second home, it was our first accomodation in Sri Lanka and we miss it already. As I told you, I would give you a 100, but I can only give you a 10. The property is beautiful, rooms are large, very clean with good air-conditioning. Breakfast was abundant and so tastefull. We were 4, 2 adults and 2 children and the triple room had more than enough space for us, the big bed was large enough for 3 to sleep in. When my daughter fell and got wound on her legs, he brought us a cream to help heel it. When we went to the beach, they made sure we had everything we needed. Last but not least, Maya the dog was so charming and our children did not want to leave Chami the last they because of her and they keep mentioning her all the time.

Such a cosy place for ourselves, very convenient as it is right by the main road which meant easy access to get to the beach or anywhere actually. Very spacious!

This was one of the best hotels I've been, such great staff, going through lots of effort to make us feel at home. Great pool with a serene location. The food was so good, we did a lovely river cruise too and saw lots of animals. I will be back!

Wow…what a stay!!! It’s a hidden gem at a very serene location. It an ideal place for those who wants to live in tranquility and enjoy their ‘me time’. It is also an ideal place for romantic gateway. We stayed at their ‘Deluxe Double Room with Balcony’. The room was very spacious with a nice balcony and a spacious bathroom. The whole room and bathroom are nicely decorated. We enjoyed the view from the balcony sitting on the swing. Overall, it a very nice and comfortable room to stay. The have a very welcoming infinity swimming pool and a private beach. We enjoyed every moment of it. During our stay we also met with the Chairman of the Hotel Dr. Ranjuka and his wife Director Ms. Nilusha. It was such a pleasure to meet & have a small chat with them. We really appreciated the way both of them welcome us in their hotel. The General Manager Mr. Sulochana Nilhan has given special attention to us & taken care of all our requirement with wholeheartedly. Their Chef made us a three-course meal as per our requirement, such a nice gesture. We were amazed by the hospitality & care of all the hotel staffs. We are thankful to them for making our stay memorable. You can have tuk tuk from the road and other options of ride from pick me easily, if you want to visit near by. We highly recommend this place.

Nice quite location with beafutiful garden and a pool. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfy. They served us magnificent Sri Lankan breakfast which was a highlight.

This place his a true gem, to the extent we stayed longer than originally planned. The owner is a true gentleman who does his utmost to ensure you have a great stay. We loved everything at this place; the room, the restaurant, every member of staff we met were so pleasant and really kind to our little boy. The proximity to the beach and the view from the balcony was just the best, a real slice of paradise and I wouldn't hesitate to return here, true 10/10.

Very nice, cosy and calm place. you will get a great view over the Bentota River for time of your breakfast and great service of the local staff. This is especially good for family with kids (like us, we are five )because these are two separate bungalows with a nice garden.
