Water and fruit nibbles offered at pool free to assist with hydration on very hot days was a lovely touch. Attentive, helpful and very friendly staff throughout the hotel. Bed and pillows very comfortable. Little things like our Towels being refreshed twice on our first day as we had arrived early and showered on arrival. ITC Ratnadipa, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Colombo features an outdoor swimming pool, shared lounge, a terrace and bar in Colombo. Everything was spectacularly done. My partner and I don't usually stay in such luxurious places, but as our trip was ending, we wanted to indulge a little. ITC staff made us feel welcome and not at all out of place, which we had some fear about. Thank you for our wonderful stay. The breakfast is the most elaborate I've experienced at a hotel. Again, wonderful staff. Thank you to Ari, who is one of many kind restaurant staff.

The staff here are extremely welcoming and attentive. That's the first thing that struck us as we walked into the hotel. While making conversation when checking in we mentioned to Carder the duty Manager that the reason for our stay was my wife's birthday. He very kindly upgraded us to a "Club" room on a high floor and had a small cake and card sent up to the room when we got in. Very touching gesture! The room was tastefully furnished, comfortable, clean and had all the modern amenities with a great view of the sea and part of the city. A perfect location for business or vacation!

A good location for a hassle-free holiday in Colombo, VAUX Park Street Hotel - A collection of 8 luxury lofts is an aparthotel surrounded by views of the city. The loft was clean, spacious, very comfortable. The location is superb. Concierge was very friendly and helpful. Rooftop swimming pool is perfect with a very nice view. Would def stay there again.

Loved how beautiful the place is. Staff is friendly and understanding. We asked for a different room and they had one ready for us. It took a while for them to get it ready as the previous customers were still occupying the room. Loved that we were handed over a 10% discount card to shop at their Paradise road stores.
