The staff were amazing, especially Raymond on reception, he helped me with local information and renting a scooter. Was very caring. I arrived at 4am and no problem to check in then. I left at 8pm and late check out not a problem. Although dated the room was very comfortable with a window that opened, plenty of space and cupboards. A simple western or Sri Lankan Breakfast included. Location was excellent, close to market, centre of Jaffna and bus station. I really enjoyed my stay here, it was comfortable, safe and excellent value for money
