All the staff, from those at reception to the cleaning and kitchen staff were absolutely fantastic and welcoming. Highly recommended and the location was great. Trams and buses free to use too!

Before we checked into the INNSIDE we have just spent more than a week in the Netherland and Belgium and were pleasantly surprised by the relaxing and friendly atmosphere in this new hotel. The staff are super friendly. The room is very clean and furnished in a simple but effective style, we felt very relaxed and comfortable in it. The free minibar is also a very nice touch. The breakfast really exceeded our expectation esp. how well the staff served quite a high number of customers. The location is bit out of the way but with the free bus service we had no trouble at all to get around wherever we wanted to go. This was the last stop of our holiday and undoubtedly the best!!!

Το Trail-Inn Natur & Sporthotel που διαθέτει βεράντα, μπαρ και εστιατόριο, βρίσκεται σε Berdorf. A lovely location that I was only too briefly staying at. I didn't even realize how close it was to so many trails! Genuinely you can walk to them but you're still in the center of a town. If only I had been there longer - the restaurant and patio out front was absolutely packed and the food looked incredible. It was such a good vibe and it made me wish I wasn't just stopping for a night on my road trip. There was also parking very easy to find - even though the lot next to them was full, I drove a minute down the road and found a large free lot very easily.
