Absolutely fantastic holiday we stayed for 13 nights, amazing snorkelling, loads of water sports and fun trip out on the jet skis with Pulout. Incredible choice of food and a good choice of drinks from casual beach snack to fine dining. Staff were fabulous nothing was too much trouble . Magnificent breakfast with so many different options and incredible fresh pastry choice . Shout out to Ishaq who arranged a floating breakfast for us which will be a memory forever and Maggie who swapped overwater villa which made our holiday . Great beach bar where Suarez, Rohit , Akash , Cindy, Etta, Ausam and all the team thoroughly spoilt us - trying out cocktails champagne and chilled out sunsets with delicious food . Staff at the restaurants remembered what we liked and treated us like royalty always smiling and checking that everything was ok , thanks to Sachin and Allam who went above and beyond .

I believe all of this comes down to the amazing group of staff from the welcome received at the airport by Ms. Zulina, to the amazing reception of Ms. Sandali who was nothing short of extraordinary as she was the one who took care of us during our stay, to the amazing hostesses who always remembered us by our names at the Market and made our dine-in so special which include Ms. Gracia, Ms. Gita, the waiter Rozairo whose constant desire to quench our thirst and cravings, the wonderful chef at the food truck Shouhab who engages in delightful conversation while he carefully makes you a juicy sandwhich that makes you craving for more. Let us not forget Mustafa who was in charge of our table at the Palm beach restaurant and made our dine-in memorable and the bell boy and drivers Iyaan and Faizu who was always there to take us around and make us feel right at home. Joy Island is truly a destination that makes for unforgettable experiences, value for money, and thanks to the amazing staff who make it a sensational experience. During my accommodation, Ms. Puja did what is clearly beyond her duties: moving my objects from a room to another (as I upgraded the room), seeking a taxi for me in the street (when the taxi on application reservation gets late), reserves tourist trips for me when she can simply give me the link only, and many other things to comment. People at the front desk are the main representatives of the company, they make the company's efforts flourish or vanish.
